Home Services & Consulting' services are about helping people improve their home's energy efficiency while ensuring thermal comfort. 

For existing construction we work with the existing mechanicals and dwelling envelope to maximize efficiency of those components and provide for a healthier environment.

For new construction we provide consulting, rating and certification services. We support your goal to  create a home that uses less energy, water and natural resources, creates less waste and is healthier for those living inside compared to a standard home.

My Background

I've been involved in remodeling / renovation for 25 years.   I have taken apart and rebuilt buildings dating back from the mid 1800's to the present.  My first project was converting an early 1900's-era furniture store to a contemporary restaurant facility. Recently I've focused primarily on residential energy work as well as Green Building. I offer you a vast amount of knowledge and experience. 

Educated as an economist and accountant, with an MBA in finance,  I have focused on every endeavor with an eye for efficiency.  That practice has served me well - let me share it with you to improve your home.
